One craftsman. One product. Done properly.
C.O.R.S — Custom Open Riser Stairs — is led by Trevor, an Ontario builder who spent years watching general contractors treat staircases as an afterthought. He started C.O.R.S to do the opposite: a small shop that builds one thing, and builds it better than the trades who build a hundred.
Every C.O.R.S staircase is pre-fabricated in the workshop and installed as a kit. The result is a cleaner site, a faster install, and a finish you can run your hand along without finding a single proud screw. Treads are solid — never veneered. Stringers are welded — never bolted. Lighting is hidden — never surface-run.
We work across Ontario, mostly through word of mouth and a small but loyal Facebook community of homeowners, designers and renovators who've sent us their next opening — and the next one after that.

Open-riser staircases. That's it.
You speak to the maker — not a sales desk.
